  • Your home will be marketed on four MLS's (Lawrence, Kansas City, Topeka, and NLS - National Listing Service)  Why is this important?  Getting your home before the most people will generate more traffic to your home and of course more offers.  Most Realtors only list your home on one MLS which if in the Lawrence MLS will allow about 500 Realtors and their buyers to see your home. Because your home is also placed on the Topeka MLS an additional 250 or so Realtors and their buyer will see your home and from being placed on the Kansas City MLS an additional 8000 Realtors and their buyers will be able to see your home and from being placed on the NLS an additional 110,000 Realtors and their buyers will be able to see your home!!
